Our new customer checklists – Ensuring standards!

2015 is a huge year for our detailing. We’re implementing new detailing checklist to make sure YOU get the results you deserve.

After an amazing 2014 with the establishment of our Virginia workshop and mobile units, we have big plans for 2015.

We did have a couple of issues with standards last year. Nothing crazy (4 incidents from 800+ vehicles…). Still, we aim to eliminate these all together. When you book a detail through Timeless, we want you to get the same, phenomenal results every time. So we’ve established some updated checklists, both for our customers and for our detailers.

We obviously aren’t going to post the full 45-point detailing checklist for our competitors to use. However, you’ll see an early version of the “post detail checklist” that our customers will be going through with the detailer upon completion. This will make sure everyone is happy and clear on what has been done and no spots have been missed or are unsatisfactory.
